Sydney Evans is an HR Business Partner at Alloy Partners. She began her career at Anvl, a High Alpha portfolio company launched in partnership with Cummins. It was there she discovered her passion for the fast-paced startup environment. This realization led her to apply for a role at High Alpha Innovation, where she became a Talent Coordinator in 2021 and eventually transitioned to her current position as an HR Generalist.

In her role, Sydney supports employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits, and more. She loves working with the incredibly smart, authentic, and humble team at Alloy Partners, finding daily inspiration in her colleagues. Sydney feels incredibly fortunate to be in a position where she can support such a remarkable team.

Since moving to Chicago in August 2021, Sydney has indulged her love for musicals, having seen over 30 productions.
